Here’s what you can do:

  • You can change your flight date to a later time when your visa is ready, subject to your ticket’s fare rules and availability. Changes can be made easily online via Manage Booking or by contacting Customer Care.
  • Please note, a rebooking fee and any fare difference may apply depending on your ticket type. For redemption tickets, a fee of USD 50 or 7,500 miles applies.
  • If you decide to cancel your trip, you may request a refund for unused tickets within 2 years from the ticket issuance date. Refund or cancellation charges may apply, and some tickets may be non-refundable.
  • If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly for changes or refunds.
  • In case you miss your flight due to visa delay, contact Cathay Pacific as soon as possible—they may assist with rebooking on the next available flight in the same cabin, though fees may apply.
